Kombucha Is Back In Stock! -
While many kombucha tea manufacturers are still scrambling
to reformulate their beverage offering, High Country
Kombucha is now back on our shelves in a variety of
flavors. In case you hadn't noticed, back in June kombucha
gained the attention of FDA authorities because in some
cases the alcohol content of the product exceeded limits for
drinks of that nature. Some companies have chosen to
reformulate their product to adhere to the FDA guidelines,
some have done nothing but stop making it, and at least one
has apparently chosen to keep their formulation and seek to
be distributed through the same channels as beer and hard
cider.

Tanned and sand-blasted, Matt made his return to our fresh
foods deli on Monday after a few days of R&R down
south. Just in time, because the school lunch crowd will be
returning shortly, as well as colder weather where his soups
and hot entrees will be consumed with vigor.

It's like have the county fair in a bag! From Angie's
Artisan Treats comes an awesome snack called kettle corn.
Made with the traditional four ingredients (popcorn, oil,
sugar, and salt), combined in a signature way to make them
